Oops! Imran angers wife

This is one “oops” moment we’re sure Imran Khan would have wished to avoid. Of late, we’ve seen the Khan wonder going about town promoting his upcoming film Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, showing off his camaraderie with co-star Kareena Kapoor — all perfectly above board. But at a recent event, when Imran expressed his fondness for Bebo dearest a little too fondly, one person saw red: Imran’s wife Avantika Malik.
Now Avantika is well versed with the ways of the industry and has never been known to throw any tantrums. But in this instance, Imran’s spur-of-the-moment comments may have touched Avantika on the raw, a khabru told us. “Look, every wife wants to be the ‘ultimate woman’ for her husband, and when Avantika heard that Imran had applied that tag for Bebo, she certainly wasn’t too happy,” our source said.
Until now, Imran has mastered the art of keeping his personal and professional lives separate in the public gaze, but will that change with this incident?
