Pre-monsoon wedding for Esha, Bharat

Ever since news of their engagement broke, there has been speculation galore about when Esha Deol and her entrepreneur beau Bharat Takhtani will tie the knot. While some reports had confidently claimed that it would be a small, private affair held towards the end of the year, we got hold of the actual details.

“It’s to be a pre-monsoon wedding for Esha and Bharat,” a source close to the Deol family divulged. “Yes, Hemaji did want the wedding to take place in November, but Dharamji and Aahana insisted that it be held before the monsoon instead. Dharamji wants Esha to have a grand ceremony, with all the attendant rituals and glamour, so Hemaji has accordingly been meeting with wedding planners, designers and purohits.”
The wedding date has not yet been set, but our source says it will be sometime in May. “A lot depends on the availability of the guests and the venue,” a family friend said. “Dharmendra wants his entire family to be a part of the wedding and Sunny and Bobby Deol have assured Esha that they will be there for her. So their ‘dates’ need to be kept in consideration too.”
While industrywallahs have been talking about what a delight it’ll be to watch the entire Deol parivar in one frame, we just have one question: When do we get to see Esha’s gorgeous trousseau? If Hemaji’s selecting it, it’s got to be absolutely lovely!
