Ranbir braves awkward moment with Kat, Deepika

At a recent international event, Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone shared an awkward moment and the bone of contention between the two ladies was Ranbir Kapoor. The superstar, who claims to be on “good terms” with his ex-girlfriend Deepika, was caught in a Catch-22 situation when the two ladies came face-to-face at the airport.

Ranbir, however, decided to stay true to his commitment and be on Katrina’s side while Deepika hung out with her friends.
A co-star of Ranbir, who witnessed the situation, says, “It was a very filmi scene. But full marks to Ranbir for pulling it off with élan.” Others present at the scene noticed that Kat was in a grumpy mood, which is very uncharacteristic of her. “Katrina is very secure as an actress and in her relationship. Deepika too is content with Ranveer Singh. But it was the situation that put the trio in a quandary. Hence the awkwardness.”
