A recipe to touch Asin’s foodie heart

Jacqueline Fernandez isn’t the only actress to experience love on the sets of Housefull 2. We hear that Asin also had an experience akin to love at first sight — albeit with food.
Apparently, veteran actor Mithun Chakravarty (who is also a part of the Sajid Khan film) decided to show off his culinary skills on the sets one day. Now it is well known that the actor is a dab hand with a frying pan because of his experience with the hotel industry, and when he whipped up some vegetable curry, it was the yummiest concoction most of the cast and crew had ever tasted. But when Asin sampled the fare, she was a little more struck than most.
“She just loved the curry that Mithunda had cooked, and quickly asked him for his recipe,” a source present on the sets tells us.
So what made the curry so special? Asin says with a smile, “The fact that Mithunda cooked it for us, and that he shared the recipe with me. You don’t see too many people doing that.”
