Saif hosts a Cannes party

Chhote Nawab Saif Ali Khan is on a high. At Cannes, courtesy his association with a liquor brand, Saif also hosted a party in the festival town, where he rubbed shoulders with the who’s who of world cinema.
“I hosted a party and enjoyed meeting some truly interesting people from global cinema,” exclaimed Saif, yet to recover from the excitement of meeting the best that world cinema has to offer. “I enjoyed the process of understanding their approach towards filmmaking. It’s amazing how different their cinematic taste and palette is, when compared to ours.”
And buoyed by his Cannes experience, the actor wants to return to the French Riviera, hopefully with a film to promote. “The ideal reason for coming to Cannes would be to showcase a movie. I hope I come back representing a film we produce in the near future,” Saif said.
