Sajid’s houseful of trouble

Toned bodies and ultra-chic clothes made Sajid Khan’s Housefull a visual treat. For the sequel, Sajid had a similar plan chalked out, but news coming in suggests that the plan might be changed. The sequel, which boasts of a troika of leading ladies in Asin, Zarine Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez, might not have as much skin on display as the first.
“One of the major aspects of the film under debate was whether the ladies would wear a two-piece bikini a la Lara Dutta and Deepika Padukone in Housefull,” says a unit member, adding that the audiences could be in for a disappointment. “Both Asin and Zarine put their foot down saying they won’t wear a bikini. So Sajid’s only hope was Jacqueline.”
But it now seems even Jackie has backed out of the skin show. And fed up of cajoling his actresses to don the costumes he’d planned for them, Sajid has now decided to knock off the entire bikini sequence.
Confirming the news, Zarine said, “We didn’t want to present a glam doll image and also, the script didn’t demand it,” she said.
