Salman’s on board with Sajid-Wajid

Like most people in Bollywood, Salman has favourites too. And music composer duo Sajid-Wajid is among them. After creating popular tracks for his films Dabangg 2 and Ek Tha Tiger, the duo has been roped in for Salman’s next release, Mental.

“Bhai doesn’t have a dearth of options while choosing his composers. But he trusts Sajid-Wajid to deliver every time. For Ek Tha Tiger, he insisted that they work on Mashallah despite having an official composer (Sohail Sen) on board. But in case of Mental, they have been on board since day one. In fact, they have already come up with a few tracks and Salman likes them immensely,” says a source.
Director of the film, Sohail Khan too is happy about teaming up with the composers. “It was Sohail who had brought the two to the industry 15 years ago with a qawalli titled Teri Jawaani in Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya.
When contacted, Wajid (of Sajid-Wajid duo) confirmed that they were indeed on board for Mental.
