Salman’s gift upsets Katrina

Katrina Kaif was livid when she heard the stories about former beau-cum-co-star Salman Khan gifting her a swanky black Audi SUV.

Apparently, according to her spokesperson, Katrina owns the car that she is seen in zooming around town. Kat had bought the car on her birthday, a month and half ago but soon after that she had to fly to London to shoot for Yash Chopra’s film with Shah Rukh Khan. “The car was parked outside her Bandra residence and was used only after she returned to India. Katrina has bought the car from her own money. It’s not gifted to her by Salman or anyone else,” says her spokesperson.
Katrina has never hidden the fact that she shared a cordial equation with Salman and his family. In fact on occasions Salman has also been seen using Katrina’s car. “They are good friends. If the car were really a gift from Salman she wouldn’t have denied it. But it becomes important to stand up and clear the air, when people write untrue stuff,” says a source close to her.
Well, that was quite a story to tell, wasn’t it?
