Shaadi tale on Tusshar’s mind

Not many will tell you this, but there is one parameter for whether or not you are considered a bankable actor in Bollywood, and that involves starring in a “shaadi film”. You heard that right. It’s considered a privilege indeed to star in a genuine, naach-gaana, band-baaja-baraat type movie in B’town, and it’s only once actors have proved themselves at the box office that they’re allowed to venture into wedding territory.
Shah Rukh Khan had his Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Akshay Kumar had his Namaste London, Shahid Kapur had his Jab We Met, and now, Tusshar Kapoor is all set to have his own filmi shaadi in Chaar Din Ki Chandni.
Tusshar isn’t willing to reveal any details about the project though, saying, “It is way too early”. However, he did confirm that a shaadi will feature prominently and that he “hopes to have a lot of fun on the sets”.
