Shirish revisits Joker’s visuals

Shirish Kunder is under tremendous pressure these days. His upcoming 3D film Joker starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha seems to have lost the novelty factor it had. Thanks to Vikram Bhatt’s Haunted, which not only took the first Indian 3D film tag away from Joker, but with Shah Rukh Khan also promising to release Ra.One in 3D, Shirish is not left with much options but revisiting the visuals once again.
“This has become a cause of genuine concern for Shirish and now his technical crew has to ensure that Joker goes many notches up than what was being originally planned,” says a source from the film’s production team. And this, the source added could be a daunting task since Shirish had already storyboarded the entire film ages ago, and had put up elaborate sets to make the most of the 3D effects.
