Ranveer Singh cannot stay away from trouble for too long. In yet another of his juvenile games, the actor has been leading on former flame Anushka Sharma to believe that Deepika Padukone is taking her place. But now, since the truth — that his equation with Dippy is strictly professional — is out, he is finding himself in a tough spot.

An actress who didn’t wish to be named said, “Ranveer is a kid; he doesn’t realise what it means to play one against the other.” According to rumours, it’s Ranveer who made a huge hue and cry about Anushka’s meetings with Sidhartha Mallya. So it appears that the actor’s personal tiff with his ex is causing him to make so much noise.
A unit member from Ram Leela says, “Deepika is a big name who doesn’t need to be dragged into this mess. If colleagues become good friends, she won’t hold back but Ranveer is her co-star and that’s about it.
