Is Sunny a cop in Ghayal Returns?

With the first look of Ghayal Returns already out, everybody has begun to wonder whether or not Sunny Deol will go back to playing a cop. But the makers are only too happy with such speculations.
Says director Ashwini Chaudhary, “There are many people who are asking me the ‘cop’ question. I am glad that this has managed to create an intrigue. In the teaser we have intentionally used a recap shot where Sunny is shown to be behind bars. And now that he is seen in uniform, people want to know how he turned into a cop, if at all he is indeed playing one.”
The director goes on talking in circles without addressing the question directly. “See, I’m not trying to mislead anyone. Sunny will be seen in uniform for sure, but it’s too soon to reveal whether he’ll be playing a cop or not,” says a tight-lipped Ashwin. We truly hope that all this mystery pays off.
