Surveen switches to Bollywood

“I’m happy to confirm that Surveen will be a part of Hate Story 2. She is a popular face on the small screen and blew us away during the auditions,” said Bhushan.

Vikram has always been willing to give new talent a chance through his films, and the original Hate Story had Bengali actress Paoli Dam — a complete unknown in Bollywood.
Surveen follows other television actresses like Prachi Desai, Yami Gautam and Tia Bajpai, who’re trying their luck in Bollywood. “To make a new start, one has to be focused and right now, Surveen is focused on Hate Story 2,” her friend revealed.
