Take a break Bebo!
Until a while back it seemed that the month of October will be ruled by Kareena Kapoor who will be seen with two of her big releases hitting the theatres — Ra.One with Shah Rukh Khan and Short Term Shaadi opposite Imran Khan. But now, the leading lady of both films, who was expecting a gruelling time ahead with back-to-back promotions, is heaving a sigh of relief as the release dates for STS have been postponed to November.
But no one knows the real reason behind this. While some think that it was Bebo herself who called the shots to avoid a tough time, there are others who think that nobody, not even his best friend Karan Johar, is confident of taking on the King Khan.
A public relations expert says, “With STS moving to November, Kareena can now completely focus on promoting Ra.One. Although before she takes that up, she already has her hands full with Bodyguard opposite Salman Khan, which is slated to release on August 31.”
But that would also mean that Kareena will have three consecutive releases in three months, because right after Ra.One and STS she has Agent Vinod in early December. And if all goes well, then her untitled film opposite Aamir Khan will be up for release in January. So looks like Bebo won’t have any respite after all.
