Taylor goes easy on gymming

The 19-year-old actor Taylor Lautner, who plays werewolf Jacob Black in the vampire movie franchise Twilight Saga, is known for his toned and muscular physique and was delighted when he was able to finally relax his strict diet and exercise regime. He said, “After the last shirtless scene, it was a huge celebration. I went out, had dessert for the first time in a while and took a few days off from the gym. I’ve always been a healthy eater, so I’m not pigging out, but if I occasionally want an ice cream or something now, I can have it.”
Taylor admitted he found it “tough” maintaining his buff physique for the films because it was hard to find the time to go to the gym and eat as often as he needed to.
He explained, “While we were filming it was extremely important for me to maintain it and that was tough. I was eating every two hours on set and had people shoving food in my face going, ‘Eat, Taylor!’ Then I had to get my butt in the gym and that’s difficult because we were filming 12 to 15 hour days.”

I couldn’t retire:Ricky
The 50-year-old star Ricky Gervais, who has written and appeared in sitcoms such as The Office and Extras, says it would be hard for him not to work as he’s always coming up with new ideas. Ricky, who is about to launch his latest comedy TV series Life’s Too Short, said, “I couldn’t retire. When I have a day off I think of three new ideas that I want to do.” The actor also says he is now dealing with fame a lot better than he did when he first found major success.
Ricky turned 50 earlier this year but insists reaching the landmark date didn’t bother him, because he is really enjoying life at the moment.
He said, “People talk about it because it’s got a zero on the end but the past 10 years have been the best.”

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
