There’s no rift here, says Abhay

His tough taskmaster ways allegedly led to Prakash Jha’s falling out with Ajay Devgn when they worked together on Rajneeti. Now rumours abound that Abhay Deol too is having a hard time on the sets of his latest film with Prakash, Chakravyuh. While the director has remained mum on the issue, Abhay recently thought it fit to clarify that the talk was entirely baseless.

“Yes, Prakashji is very strict, but I like the way he works. With him, everything has to be sorted and on time. I would make it a point to rehearse my dialogues and come prepared on the sets. But once he loses his cool, as an actor and his junior, I was ready to bear the brunt,” says Abhay.
