Tough times for Yash Raj Films

Yash Chopra’s diligence towards schedules and the finances of his films has often been talked about. But of late, the producer has been facing a few hassles with unwanted delays in the otherwise clockwork Yash Raj format.

Apparently, their film Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl has been running behind schedule and their next project Ek Tha Tiger is waiting to go on the floors. A YRF official says, “Both films have many common technicians. So to avoid an overlap, Ladies…needs to be wrapped up fast. For now ETT has been postponed for a bit, but not for long, because that film has Salman’s dates, which we cannot afford to waste. Looks like the pressure to make ends meet is driving the production house up the wall. We hope the creases are ironed out soon.
