Tusshar plays a real character?

If rumours are anything to go by, then Tusshar Kapoor’s character in The Dirty Picture is actually based on a small time actor named Harish who dabbled in both Hindi and South films for a while before fading into oblivion. A source closely associated with the film says, “Tusshar’s moustached look seems starkly similar to that of Harish which is further fanning the speculations. It’s also well known, that he had got close to South siren Silk Smitha during his tryst in the South.”
While no official confirmation could be got from the films makers, sources continue to insist on their theory. “Tusshar’s character may not be a complete resemblance to Harish’s because the film heavily borrows from fictional elements as well. Maybe the real Harish should come out of hibernation and clear the air,” the source adds.
