When Vidya Balan took on an assignment to narrate stories to children through an audiobook, there was some speculation about her reasons. The actress said that she loves reading out to children, and that she’s had plenty of practise with her niece and nephew.

Vidya said the audiobook was a great way for her to reach out to many children “I’ve always wanted to narrate stories to children,” she added.
A source close to the actress shared, “Vidya dotes on her sister’s children and spends as much of her free time as she can with them. Even otherwise, she is quite fond of children and has often mentioned that she would love to become a mother some day.”
The actress may not be saying much, but is this recent avowed fondness for children merely the next logical step now that Vidya’s settled down to marital bliss?
