Vidya unleashes the feminist in her

Vidya Balan, still riding on the success of The Dirty Picture, is already looking forward to Kahaani, another power-packed, performance-oriented role and another actress-driven movie. This also makes it the fourth straight heroine-dominated role that Vidya has worked on, following No One Killed Jessica, Ishqiya and The Dirty Picture.
Vidya, though, isn’t scared of becoming typecast in similar roles. “I feel very good that such women-oriented films are being made, and that I am getting the opportunity to work in this genre. Moreover, the important part is that these films are finally working. I think that is because there is a change in the way they are presented. As long as a film is good — be it any other genre — with a good role for me, I would want to work in that film. I have not set limits for myself,” she says.
