Vivek will go back to playing lover boy

Vivek Oberoi seems to have finally got the point that intense action roles are not going to fetch him the required moolah and power in Bollywood. So he has decided to go back to doing what he does best — playing the quintessential dreamy eyed lover boy. After almost a decade of his hit film Saathiya, the actor has signed on an out and out romantic film.
A source close to Vivek says, “It’s a beautiful love story that Vivek has just signed. After Rakht Charitra and Prince, Vivek wanted to do something different. This film will be going on the floors later this year. He’s just waiting for a formal announcement by the makers, before he starts talking about it.”
The film seems to have struck a chord with the newly married actor. “This is one film that connects at a human level. It boasts of a great script and I am really excited about it. Ever since I did Saathiya, I was dying to do a love story. So I am really excited about this, because finally I can say that the decade’s wait was worth it,” he says.
But we will only be able to decide on that after we see the film Vivek.
