Who’s the Boss?
With Amitabh Bachchan having hosted season four of Kaun Banega Crorepati, Salman Khan is all set to monitor the living room of Bigg Boss’s house, in the fourth season this year.
Apparently the Bigg Boss producers had approached Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar to host the fourth season after the super successful season with Big B. However, things did not work out with any of them. But now sources have confirmed that Salman has agreed to host Big Boss-4.
The otherwise reticent Salman is going all out of his way to promote his forthcoming film Dabangg that is set for an Eid release. Ever since Wanted became a blockbuster, the actor has realised that promotions do play an important part in the film’s success. Now that he has finished shooting for the movie the actor will make time to promote his film.
Buzz is that the actor plans to start his Dus Ka Dum season 3 very soon. Salman has always enjoyed doing the show. “I enjoy doing the show because it gives me space to be what I am off screen. I am myself on the show and this is how I am at home too. You can ask my friends and they will vouch for it. I do invite friends from the industry on the show and we have a blast,” he says.
He adds further, “Stars who are otherwise wary of appearing on a public platform, readily appeared on my show because they knew that it would be a comfortable space and they could be themselves on Dus Ka Dum. We are like a bunch of happy-go-lucky boys-next-door and that’s what connects with the audience. We are like them.”
