The National Collateral Management Services Ltd (NCMSL), which provides agri-commodity handling and risk management services, has tied up with two private equity players to partly fund its expansion.

The government on Tuesday approved three proposals of tax sops for new SEZs including that of Videocon .It also approved the Essar SEZ Hazira's request for de-notification of its sector specific zone in Gujarat.

Nissan India has plans to open 30 more dealerships by the end of this fiscal. At present, the company has 15 dealerships, including recently-opened ones in Ludhiana, Gurgaon, Calicut, Jalandhar and Surat.

India's leather exports grew 25 per cent to $ 273 million in May due to an increase in demand from markets like the US and Latin America.The EU and the US account for 60 per cent and 20 per cent respectively.

Patni Computer Systems, a leading global IT and BPO services provider, on Tuesday said that it has appointed Avtar Sangha as its new head of delivery for the EMEA region.
