Mumbai-based hospitality company The Pride Hotels’s chairman Mr S P Jain on Monday said it will invest Rs 1,000 crore in the next five years to open ten new properties across India and expand existing ones.
Construction firm BL Kashyap and Sons board has approved issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1. Besides, the board also gave its approval to sub-divide the company’s shares in the ratio of 1:5.
