BSE closes trade for an hour on technical glitch

Mumbai: The Bombay Stock Exchange today announced that it has closed trading for one hour, from 12 noon to 1:00 pm, due to technical glitches.

"Due to the technical problems being faced by trading members in trade confirmation, it has been decided to close the market at BSE from 12 noon to 1 pm," BSE Spokesperson said.

The spokesperson said that members can begin trading at 1 pm.

The 30-share index, Sensex was at 20,368.80 points at 12hrs, up 336.46 points from previous close.
