Infotech Enterprises’ arm buys US-based Wellsco

Engineering services provider Infotech Enterprises on Tuesday said its US-based arm has acquired the Arkansas-based firm Wellsco Inc for an undisclosed amount.

The acquired entity Wellsco provides network engineering and management and related services to the telecommunications industry, the Hyderabad-based firm said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Shares of Infotech Enterprises were trading at Rs 168.45 on BSE, up 4.47 per cent from previous close.
