Yahoo to cut 2,000 jobs
Internet giant Yahoo is planning to axe up to 2,000 jobs as early as Thursday, it has been reported.
The layoffs will happen across the company and the report indicates that the company's product division will be the hardest hit.
According to AllThingsD, the cuts 'would be part of a major shake-up by chief executive Scott Thompson'. Thompson is attempting to streamline the internet giant's struggling business and chaotic plans.
