For most people, the word “yoga” probably means performing or practising some impossible yoga positions/postures called asanas. But that is not what yoga means.

Being a yoga guru and having students from all walks of life from all over the world, one’s life seems very cushy and comfortable with an over-spilling bank balance, but I would like to highlight the reality.

Many people, while trying to achieve their goal, forget the objective for which the goal is pursued. They largely focus on the goal itself and ignore the “objective” for which they are trying to achieve that particular goal.

Several retail chains in the US used the phrase, “the customer is always right” as a slogan from the early 20th century onward. The phrase was coined by Field or Selfridge, two successful businessmen in the US and the UK. This phrase has become a trading policy of the entire business world.
