Cong mulls action if party leaders named

A day after the Lokayukta report on illegal mining was leaked, revealing a “quid pro quo” between chief minister B.S. Yeddyurappa and a mining company for monetary benefits, the Congress has convened a meeting of senior leaders on Friday to chalk out its future course of action. The meeting assu-mes significance in the wake of Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president, Dr G. Parameshwar’s admission that a few Congress leaders may also be indicted in the report.
