Union rural development minister C.P. Joshi on Monday reportedly sought clarifications on the Educational Tribunals Bill 2010 before the Cabinet approved it. The bill seeks to set up a two-tier structure of educational tribunals at the national and state levels to adjudicate on disputes in the higher education system.
