Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday chaired an all-party meeting to arrive at a consensus over allowing foreign direct investment (FDI) in the retail sector.

The Parliament logjam continued for the sixth day of the 21-day Winter Session on Tuesday after an all-party meeting to defuse the crisis ended without any consensus over the government's decision to allow foreign equity in the retail sector.
