The Allahabad High Court on Tuesday ordered the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to probe alleged financial lapses in the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) across Uttar Pradesh, a lawyer said.

Five prison officials here were suspended on Thursday a day after deputy chief medical officer Y.S. Sachan, arrested for his two seniors’ killing, was found dead inside a Lucknow jail, the police said.
