India will raise the issue of nexus between Pakistan’s ISI and the perpetrators of 26/11 attacks during the forthcoming talks between the foreign secretaries of the two countries.

Pakistan has not been playing fair with India, external affairs minister S.M. Krishna said on Friday and agreed that Islamabad had blocked the trial of terror suspect Tahawwur Rana, who was cleared by a US jury of charges that he helped with the 2008 Mumbai attack.

Indian external affairs minister S.M. Krishna will be travelling to Nepal on Wednesday on a three-day official visit. A press release of the ministry of external affairs said here that this will be Krishna's second trip to Nepal after assuming office.
