Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy on Wednesday filed a petition in a Delhi court seeking his inclusion as a public prosecutor in the 2G spectrum case. In his petition filed before special CBI judge Pradeep Chaddah, Swamy pleaded that the court should take cognisance of his plea.
