A group of top B-school honchos is set to conduct a free interactive panel discussion in the city, for the benefit of working professionals who want to go the MBA way.
With reputed institutes like Harvard and MIT investing millions of dollars in taking their management programmes online, employers are also convinced about this new generation of distance learning programmes, say educationists.
According to corporate trends, India will require close to 20 million managers over the next 10 years.
While there is already an acute shortage of managers at entry and middle levels, the demand is only expected to grow, leading to a demand in quality management education.
