Rare animation films to be screened at Iffi
Rare old Indian animation films will be screened at the upcoming International Film Festival of India, as part of a 30-film retrospective of Indian animation films.
The section, curated by the Entertainment Society of Goa along with the Animation Film Society of India, will run along with the main Iffi sections, ESG CEO Manjo Srivastava told this newspaper.
"Indian animation films rarely get their due. Some old films made on 8 mm will be pulled out and screened as a special commemoration," he said.
