Three firms to launch IPOs today

New Delhi, Jan. 26: Three companies — Vascon Engineers, Syncom Health-care and Thangamayil Jewellery — will launch their initial public offer on Wednesday, giving inve-stors a range of options from pharma to retail to choose from.

While the initial public offer (IPO) of logistics firm Aqua Logistics is already on, the commencement of the three new offers will allow investors to take their pick from pharma, retail and infrastructure sectors as well. The public offer of Vascon Engineering has a total issue size of 1.08 crore shares. The company has fixed the price band of Rs 165 to Rs 185 per share and aims to raise up to Rs 200 crore at the upper end of the band.
Syncom Healthcare Ltd’s has fixed the price range of the IPO between Rs 65 and Rs 75 a piece. At the upper end of the price band, the Mum-bai-based company expects to mop up to Rs 56.25 crore.
Thangamayil Jewellery Ltd (TJL), the leading retailers in gold, diamond and platinum jewellery aims to garner Rs 28.75 crore through the IPO and has a price band of Rs 70 to Rs 75 per share.
All the three IPOs will close on January 29. — PTI
