Bisht, Sharma script FCI win

Rajinder Singh Bisht’s five-wicket haul and Chetan Sharma’s 62 helped FCI beat NK Khanna Club by eight wickets in a DDCA super league match in the capital on Monday.

Chasing 148 to win, FCI cruised to the target in 25 overs for the loss of two wickets. Sharma led the charge while Paras Dogra added an unbeaten 49.
Earlier, Khanna Club were bowled out for 147 in 35 overs as Bisht ran through the line-up. Sanjay Saini top scored with 45.
In another match, Essex Farms beat Raghubir Willowers by seven wickets. A fine all-round display by Rohit Jhanjhariya (94 not out, 2/21) and Sarang Rawat’s spell of 4/40 led the way for Essex Farms.
Batting first, Raghubir Willowers posted 180/8 in 40 overs as Kartik (83) was impressive with the bat.

Punit Bisht starred in Delhi Audit’s five-wicket win over Super Star in the final encounter of the day.
Delhi Ranji wicketkeeper Bisht struck a fluent 76, while Sawan Singh contributed 60 as Delhi Audit overhaul the 194-run target with ease. Earlier, Super Star team were bowled out for 193.
