Cricket: India elect to bat in fifth Sri Lanka ODI
India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni elected to bat after winning the toss against Sri Lanka in the fifth and final one-day international in Pallekele on Saturday.
India, who have gained an unbeatable 3-1 lead, made one change from the side which won the last match by six wickets as they replaced unfit Virender Sehwag with opener Ajinkya Rahane.
Sri Lanka rested skipper Mahela Jayawardene and left-arm spinner Rangana Herath and brought in batsman Chamara Kapugedara and off-spinner Sachithra Senanayake. All-rounder Angelo Mathews will lead the side.
