Hansraj, Vidya Jain have it easy
Kulachi Hansraj Model School and Vidya Jain Public School scored convincing victories over Ganga International School and Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, respectively in the semi-finals of the 1st Fast Trax Daredevils Schools Cup Twenty20 cricket tournament at the Jamia Milia Islamia ground in the capital.
Jitesh Ghangas scored an unbeaten 75 (37b, 10 x4, 3x6) to star in Vidya Jain Public School’s eight-wicket victory over Ganga International. Chasing 95 for the win, his team got to the target with 10.1 overs to spare.
Spinners Ayush Kharab and Harsh Awasthi had earlier done well to bowl out Ganga International School.

Mukulit Bhatt (31 not out) played a mature hand at the top of the order to anchor Kulachi Hansraj Model School’s chase in 13.1 overs.
