Himalay, Abu best bowlers
Hyderabad, Aug. 3: Abu Baker bagged five for four as SBI toyed with P&T Colony to thrash them by 82 runs in a low scoring ‘A’ division HCA Two-Day League Championship match.
Batting first, SBI were bundled out for 119, thanks to a brilliant six-wicket haul by Himalay Agarwal. However, that did not help P&T Colony in their chase. While Baker ripped apart the P&T Colony batting order with his fiery bowling, Muzaffar who scalped four wickets giving away 28 runs, supported him well.
In another match of the league, Kosaraju lost to Sayi Satya by one wicket. Chasing Kosaraju’s total of 210, Sayi Satya lost nine batsmen before reaching the winning total with Sreekanth hitting eight boundaries in his 71.
Oxford Blues defeated Hyderabad Titans by 32 runs in another encounter. While Saibaba picked 4 for 20, fellow bowler Sai Sarvana scalped 3 for 20.
