Hindu College in quarter-finals

Impressive bowling by Tushar Nargi (5/4) and Rohan Gupta (4/12) helped Hindu College thrash Deen Dayal Upadhayay College by 251 runs in the pre-quarter-finals of the Delhi University inter-college cricket tournament here on Saturday.

Batting first, Hindu College posted a competitive 298/6 in 40 overs. Varish Bhanu top-scored with 83, while Ashish Sehrawat was equally brilliant with 81.
In reply, Deen Dayal Upadhayay College could manage only 47, thanks to Nargi and Gupta’s incisive spells.
