Irani Cup to be played in Feb.

The Zal Irani Cup clash between Ranji Trophy champions of the upcoming domestic season and the Rest of India will be held from February 9 to 13 next year at a venue, which will be decided later by the Cricket Board.

The annual fixture between the domestic champions has been shifted from the beginning of the season to the latter half from last season by BCCI.
The Col. C K Nayudu juniors’ tournament will commence on October 28 and conclude on January 12 after the four-day final.
The Ranji knock out schedule is: Quarter-finals: Jan. 8-12, 2014. Semi-finals: Jan. 18-22. Final: Jan. 29-Feb. 2. Irani Cup: 2013-14 Ranji Trophy champions v Rest: Feb 9-13.
