No lady luck for Dhoni

Dambulla, Aug. 10: Sakshi Dhoni’s first appearance at a match venue failed to bring Team India any luck as they crashed to a 200-run defeat to New Zealand.

The first lady of Indian cricket who has been with Dhoni from the start of the Sri Lanka tour never made it to the ground during the entire duration of the Test series. Largely unnoticed during her stay at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium here on Tuesday, Sakshi left the venue after India lost their seventh wicket.
