* I think we played to 60 per cent of our potential, whatever the reasons. We have the potential to play much better. We were better in the third Test.

* We all knew that it was a turning track. There was something for the spinners. That was one of the reasons why we declared late. We wanted the hard ball for the 10 overs in the evening and also that it remains hard on the next day.

* I think after winning the toss, managing only 193 put us under a lot of pressure. We bowled well to take three wickets but could not capitalise on that. Dhoni and Dravid played exceptionally well.

* As a batting unit, it was the first time for them. McIntosh, McCullum, Ryder and Kane Williamson are an exciting group of batsmen and they learnt a lot by playing long periods of time. We are a good side but for that we have to do it every single time.
