Team will be at their best now, says Pak coach

London: Pakistan coach Waqar Younis on Tuesday insisted that his team will perform at their best in the upcoming T20 and One-day series against England despite the ‘spot-fixing’ controversy looming large over the tour.

“We will try to get the team up again and make sure that we deliver the best we can in the next few games, that’s all I can do,” Waqar said. “There is no doubt it is a big challenge, but I will try to make the most of it and I’ll try to make sure everybody is nicely focused on the games,” the pace legend said. Pakistan are scheduled to play two T20 games and five one-day internationals starting September 5.
