Truth Prevails, Says Shilpa

Relieved Rajasthan Royals co-owner Shilpa Shetty took to Twitter to express her happiness here after her husband Raj Kundra was cleared of betting charges by the Board of Control for Cricket in India-appointed two-member probe committee. “there is a God:) love u..And TRUTH PREVAILS. Thanku tweetos for all the unconditional support love and prayers,” Shilpa posted on her husband’s account.

Kundra, meanwhile, received a lot of congratulatory messages from his well-wishers and fans including singer and actress Sophie Chaudry. “Are they trying to tell us something we already knew?!! @TheRajKundra Congrats.. like u said, truth always prevails,” was Sophie’s reaction to the development.
The two-member panel, inclduing former judges T. Jayaram Chouta and R. Balasubramanian, submitted the report to the BCCI working committee in Kolkata on Sunday.
Besides clearing Kundra and his team Rajathan Royals, the panel also effectively paved the way for clearing the name of CSK team principal Gurunath Meiyappan after recovering no evidence against India Cements, the owners of the team. The commitee’s report, however, did not go down well with sacked IPL commissioner Lalit Modi. “Seen the Bcci decisions. All I can say is i am glad i am not part of this lame duck absolutely shameless organisation anymore,” Modi posted on his twitter account.
