VVS Laxman announces retirement from international cricket

Indian middle-order batsmen V.V.S. Laxman announced his retirement from international cricket today with immediate effect. While announcing his retirement, Laxman said that he feels it is the right time to announce his retirement and give chance to youngsters to play for India.

“I think it’s the right time to give the opportunity to youngsters.” says Laxman.
