West Indies bat against Australia
West Indies captain Darren Sammy won the toss and elected to bat against Australia in the World Twenty20 semi-final in Colombo on Friday.
The winner will qualify to play against hosts Sri Lanka in Sunday's final.
Both sides made one change from their previous games. Australia picked David Hussey for the first time in the tournament after leaving out Glenn Maxwell.
The West Indies brought in all-rounder Dwayne Bravo in place of batsman Darren Bravo.
