Dancer you must stay away from

They say dancers make for great lovers. But not everyone is a Patrick Swayze! Not all the artistes are interesting. Talent could attract you to them, but when it comes to dating a dancer, their nature and personality matters too. People often get attracted to a dancer because of their talent and overlook their nature. But when it comes to dating, the moves on the dance floor is not who the person is in reality. So are dancers worth dating? Yes, there are dancers one can date. But at the same time there are dancer guys who are not dating material. Here is a checklist of dancers you must surely stay away from:
The Volatile Dancer
One moment, everyone is eyeing this extra caring, super-hot boyfriend of yours. The very next moment he becomes someone indifferent and you are left wondering “what the hell” just happened. He is the dancer with mood swings. You find that in every artiste, but this dancer is so volatile, that even if you know all about him, you would be clueless as to what triggered off his weird behaviour.

The ‘I-Me-Myself’ Dancer
No, this is not Salman doing his Ready moves, but this dancer is the one who is self-occupied. Go to a restaurant with him and he will be kind enough to let you check the menu. But when it comes to choosing the dishes, he will choose what he wants. Talk to him over the phone, you will find conversations start with how his day was and end with the goals of his life. And while you are thinking of a beach destination for that annual relaxation holiday, you will end up going to a desert dance party just because he wants a camel ride and enjoys lively dances. He is selfish. Stay with him to be unhappy for the rest of your life.

The ‘Aww-I’m-Just-a-Kid’ dancer
This dancer just has not grown up. He is so happy extending his childhood days that he will mistake you for his mom. If you are willing to tie his shoelace, select clothes for that show performance as well as his everyday clothes, cook for him and feed him…only then I would say, go for him.

The Sleazy Dancer
He has many women admirers but he also takes advantage of that. He flirts with every woman on the planet – his assistant, his fans, the receptionist, the waitress, the woman who comes to collect the garbage, the stranger at the super market and even your best friend. His history can make you uncomfortable and you know deep down inside that he is not the kind who will be serious with anyone. Avoid this dancer who is only about sex and no love.

‘I-Need-You-So-Much’ kind of a dancer
This Mr Clingy and is a total no-no to be with. He is so insecure and doubtful about things in life and profession, that all he is looking for is reassurance. And here is what he comes with — a truck full of emotions. Trust me, you would not want to be a shoulder to cry on for this dancer. He only goes sob, sniff, sob every single minute when he is with you.

The Predictable Dancer
This one is as predictable as the bimonthly auto rickshaw fare hike in India. You know what he is thinking or is about to do. Yes, while yawning, I am talking about the guy who has just no surprises to offer. He is very predictable not only as a person but also as a dancer. He is way too boring, so much so, that I know for certain you will know him very well in just a month.

So when you desire a dancer, look at him as a person and not as a talent box. Because many times, all that you see is not all that you get. So think before you get into a relationship with a dancer. A dancer can have a hidden nature and issues, which may not be visible to the world off stage.

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
